Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting finance, accounting, or financial systems.
• Experience with system support, reporting, documentation, or data analysis.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot system operations for Finance and Accounting.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using AI, Excel, and enterprise tools.
• Automate data ingestion, validation, reconciliation, reporting using advanced Excel.
• Administer system access and ensure segregation of duties.
• Conduct regular audits of system data and resolve issues.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques to enhance decision-making and insights.
• Maintain documentation for Finance systems and controls.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and release activities.
• Monitor, measure, and report on automation performance and ROI.
