Job summary

MinIO is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting Systems & Transformation to architect and lead the finance technology stack. You will own ERP implementation, integrate multiple systems, and guide change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting systems, finance operations, or ERP administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects from selection through go-live and migrate from current system.
• Own configuration and maintenance of all finance systems (tax, P2P, expenses, travel, payroll, close, billing, equity, 401k).
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and governance (MDM, SOX).
• Drive testing, controls documentation, and audit support for new functionality and upgrades.
• Create SOPs and training materials; drive adoption on cross-functional users.
