Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking an Analyst for the Fund Accounting team to support Workday-driven financial data management and reporting. You will help maintain chart of accounts, test updates with IT partners, and develop advanced Workday reports to support internal and investor reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial systems with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of GAAP. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and a proactive approach in a fast-growing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years of financial information systems management or implementation experience.
• Strong Workday Financials knowledge (Analytics, Reporting, Integrations).
• Advanced Excel skills and balance sheet understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial data in Workday and ensure chart of accounts consistency.
• Plan and test Workday updates with Technology Solutions and vendors.
• Create custom Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Worksheet, OfficeConnect).
• Monitor integrations between Workday and subsystems.
• Provide timely reporting deliverables and analyses.
• Communicate status to project teams and stakeholders.
