Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a Finance Systems Analyst to backfill the Finance Systems Manager and devote substantial time to a future ERP implementation.

You will administer prepaid product launches and coordinate with Merchandising, Treasury and IT on testing and maintenance of our financial systems. The role includes supporting Lawson and other financial reporting systems (Blackline), handling first‑level user support, and assisting with intercompany reconciliations and monthly close tasks.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with Accounting concentration required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting-related experience with a medium to large organization required.
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Lawson or other ERP system experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx or other data tools.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with deadlines and reprioritize work assignments as needed.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Merchandising, Treasury, and IT on prepaid product launches and projects, ensuring SKUs are set up, tested and accounted for.
• Assist in system administration for Lawson and other financial reporting systems, setting up user access and key configurations.
• Conduct research and analysis on system-related issues, including interface issues between systems.
• Assist with intercompany system transactions and reconciliations within the general ledger.
• Support monthly close by ensuring correct account code setups and activations.
• Assist with implementations and testing of financial reporting systems and document processes.
