Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in finance/system roles with transferable skills.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems and finance tools.
• Strong project management, UAT and system cutover experience.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in finance or ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer core finance systems and governance processes.
• Lead finance system projects, upgrades and transformations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and manage risks.
• Oversee UAT, testing, and defect tracking for finance systems.
• Document workflows and stay current with automation opportunities.
