Job summary

Project Management Institute is seeking a qualified professional to automate and improve planning and reporting of financial information. You will partner with Finance and business teams to analyze data, identify improvements, and ensure accurate performance monitoring.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in finance systems, fluency in English, and strong skills in data visualization using Tableau or BI360, with experience in agile, project-focused environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on finance systems, preferably systems supporting planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Strong experience with MS Office; expert understanding of finance systems MS Dynamics Finance and Operations preferred.
  • Experience in an agile and dynamic project-focused environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting, technical configuration of financial planning systems, and developing related data visualizations.
  • Demonstrated success working with data, databases, and developing visualizations using a variety of tools and technologies (ex. Tableau, BI360).
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop advanced understanding of the business, planning processes, and business objectives.
  • Basic understanding of finance business operations and industry solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills, delivering information in a clear and user-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
