Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related major.
• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in immersive training and group projects within your assigned Finance function.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using data, automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with team on a group project solving a business challenge or improving a process.
• Ensure the integrity of Morgan Stanley's books and records through reporting and analysis.
• Gain exposure to core financial concepts and participate in Finance University and live training sessions.
