Qualifications

• Graduates between December 2027 and June 2028 with less than one year of full-time experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, finance or related field preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• IIA affiliation preferred, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Seeks guidance and feedback for self-development.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of business principles and auditing standards.
• Learn audit tools and testing techniques.
• Perform audits, continuous monitoring, and closure verification with guidance.
• Document narratives and test results; communicate findings to management.
• Execute testing steps, gather evidence, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the team.
• Adapt responsibilities to coverage area requirements.
