HCA Healthcare in Nashville is seeking a Finance Strategy Program Manager to support enterprise finance strategy development and execution, with emphasis on CRM administration, data management, reporting and analytics for finance initiatives.

The role leads projects, coordinates stakeholders, and interfaces with technology partners to translate business needs into platform requirements, ensuring timely and effective solutions within the Finance Strategy programs.

• 6+ years of experience in operations, including project execution.
• 2+ years of experience in Corporate Salesforce.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

Finance Strategy Program Managers are team members who support our enterprise finance strategy development and execution, with a focus on the CRM Administration, data management, support, reporting and analytics required for the launch, tracking and monitoring of enterprise finance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Core Functions:

• Advances the Finance Strategy strategic agenda; supports the development and execution of key Resiliency, Growth, Integration Management and other programs and projects.
• Leads assigned Finance Strategy projects and tracking initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and issue resolution to support successful execution.
• Serves as a primary Finance Strategy interface with the Global Capabilities Network and other technology partners, translating business needs into platform requirements, coordinating priorities and deliverables, and ensuring solutions effectively support Finance Strategy initiatives.
• Provides CRM administration, data management, support, reporting, and analytics.
• Understands execution support needs and establishes processes and workflows to execute according to timelines and deadlines.
• Acts as Primary owner of best practices identification, documentation, communication and implementation to accelerate the Finance Strategy execution strategy.
• Aligns with key data domain areas, service lines, business areas, departments, and programs to support HCA and Finance Strategy and to increase collaboration across HCA.
• Remains abreast of leading HCA strategies and practices. Supports knowledge management practices to develop, document, inventory, and disseminate best practices within Finance Strategy and other HCA departments.
• Works on other projects and programs as needed to support growth and operations.

• Matrixed-Environment Navigation: Ensures that all necessary work activities are coordinated with other members of Finance, Facilities, and other HCA departments to ensure successful integration across the various initiatives.
• Project Management: Applies project controls to identify and communicate project scope, goals, project plan, and project progress/performance
• Research: Keeps current in CRM capabilities, HCA and industry trends, strategies and practices.

Project Support and Coordination:

• Manages set-up for new projects, using Salesforce or other platforms, as applicable, such as initial data load of project records and customization of user "Views" and page layouts.
• Manages ongoing projects, using Salesforce or other platforms, as applicable, such as monthly data load of project records and customization of reports, dashboards and page layouts.
• Creates, distributes and automates project reports, dashboards and status updates.
• Executes routine platform management and maintenance, such as updating fields, templates and picklists.
• Supports special projects as identified, including coordination of multiple projects with multiple owners at one time.
• Provides administrative support to the department including document preparation, ongoing record management, and maintenance of administrative files and playbooks on the department’s platforms.

User Management:

• Performs user management activities related to the department’s knowledge management platforms, including user permissioning, user activation and user de-activation.
• Completes monthly user license audits to manage license capacity and availability.
• Training and Troubleshooting:
• Leads regular user group training sessions on multiple platforms; provides 1:1 training as needed to team leads and executives.
• Delivers client-focused Help Desk support including application support, mobile device assistance and general troubleshooting.

Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinates communication flow within the team and the department via team platforms including Salesforce-based platforms, WebEx, telephone, email and intranet.
• Shares project updates with posts to team platforms.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in information Management, Healthcare, Business Administration, Analytics, or related fields
• 6+ years of experience in operations, including project execution
• 2+ years of experience in Corporate Salesforce
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required
