CBRE Local is seeking a Part-Time Finance Sr. Consultant to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting for investments and tax strategies, supporting clients in financial planning and asset management.

The role sits within Financial Strategy and Operations, handling accounting policies, controls, and reporting. Approximately 30 hours/week now, with potential transition to full-time later.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Able to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving with broad business impact.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and act as SME to leaders.
• Create and manage a complex business and financial strategy.
• Research and interpret financial results, including capex and depreciation.
• Prepare revenue balance statements and historical comparisons.
• Project future revenue and expenses from multiple data sources.
• Develop presentations of findings for senior management.
• Discuss budgets with senior management and forecast implications.
• Maintain benchmarks and metrics; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Coach others and model CBRE values in daily work.
• Lead cross-discipline collaboration to achieve objectives.
