Job summary

You'll build trusted financial models, lead decision-ready analyses, and drive cost management and headcount planning while applying AI-enabled approaches to enhance efficiency and strategic clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining forecasting models and management reporting.
• Strong analytical judgment with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost optimization across labor and non-labor expenses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology, product, and design leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Own business case development and review for investments.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting with timely, accurate insights.
• Monitor and optimize expenses across headcount, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Build and maintain headcount forecasting models and scenarios.
• Run deep-dive reviews on financial performance and location strategy.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to validate data and refine models.
• Design executive-ready reporting and dashboards for fast decision-making.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and automation where value-added.
• Lead ad hoc projects and transformation initiatives to drive execution.
• Apply AI-enabled methods to increase productivity and forecasting accuracy.
