Job summary

Qualifications

• Review balance sheet analyses, cash flow statements, and consolidation packs.
• Review and approve monthly journal entries.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures; explain complex information clearly.
• Influence stakeholders to reach agreements and model CBRE values.
• Apply disciplinary and cross-functional collaboration to achieve objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
