Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.

• Ability to guide exchange of sensitive information and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate daily activities and set deadlines for the team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
• Review balance sheet analyses, cash flow statements, and consolidation packs.
• Review and approve journal entries.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
