Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience or 2+ years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience analyzing information and making judgments using standard practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills (percentages, fractions, etc.).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

About The Role

As a CBRE FCG Financial Analyst, you will prepare financial analysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements.

This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

What You’ll Need

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the FCG Financial Analyst position is $76,500 annually and the maximum salary for the FCG Financial Analyst position is $99,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
