Job summary

Two Kings Casino in Kings Mountain, NC, seeks a Finance Specialist to coordinate payroll, inventory/purchasing, and other financial duties within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, vendor coordination with the Gaming Commission, and assisting inventory cost reconciliations for Food & Beverage. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience in accounting, compliance, and auditing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to perform a high volume of numerical work with speed and accuracy.
• Payroll experience a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
• Analytical, with problem-solving abilities and a self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and manage time.
• Must be a team player and collaborate with others.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and processes bi-weekly payroll.
• Coordinates vendor processing and reporting with all departments and the Gaming Commission.
• Assists the Food & Beverage department with monthly inventory and cost of sales reconciliation.
• Analyze processes to find efficiencies and make recommendations.
• Process and reconcile corporate credit cards.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
