Job summary

You will own day-to-day accounting, payroll, cash management, and financial reporting under the division President, growing into full ownership of the function. The position emphasizes a detail-oriented, organized approach and solid understanding of core accounting principles,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressively responsible accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field; equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, payroll, cash management, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform month-end close procedures.
• Process payroll and onboarding, including tax withholding and benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate fleet, office, and HR-related administrative tasks.
