Finance Specialist (Cruise) – Worldwide

As a Finance Specialist, you will be part of a small, specialized team responsible for efficient transaction processing and providing expert financial insights to help drive business results. Your role includes supporting the finance team by recording onboard costs and revenue data, conducting audits, and providing financial analysis to operational departments.

The key responsibilities of the Finance Specialist include:

• Overseeing automated revenue accounting processes.
• Activating and closing revenue voyages in relevant systems.
• Ensuring sales data from the Point of Sale system matches the Sail & Sign payment system, and resolving discrepancies daily.
• Monitoring and managing guest and crew payment accounts to ensure availability of payment methods.
• Processing goods orders and receipts onboard via the inventory management system and reporting variances.
• Providing financial reports related to costs and revenues to operational and management teams.
• Analyzing item activity and pricing fluctuations, and submitting findings to management and procurement teams.

Position Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related role.
• Shipboard experience is a plus.
