Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Finance Specialist to support project payments and data entry. The role offers competitive base pay of $23/hr, with comprehensive benefits and 401K participation as part of the Renuity family.

You will handle lender payment requests, customer inquiries, data integrity, and month-end AP tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience.
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience.
• Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project payments by requesting from lenders.
• Answer customer calls and emails promptly.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Enter data into company spreadsheets and databases.
• File invoices and check stubs as payments are made.
• Handle accounts payable month-end tasks per the closing spreadsheet.

About the Role:

• Assist with the completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders
• Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner
• Identify and correct data entry errors
• Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
• File invoices and check stubs as payments are made
• Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet

Key Qualifications:

• 1 -2 years of administrative/data entry experience
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
• Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
• High attention to detailin a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping
