Job summary

• Assists with monthly reports and record submissions.
• Maintains various records, reports, and files.

Performs difficult skilled technical work maximizing, tracking and reporting revenues, preparing budgets and reports, overseeing various financial operations, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Deputy Finance Officer.Associates/Technical degree in accounting, or related field and three to five years' experience working in accounting, grant writing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Approves and posts purchase card transactions and provides support to departments on purchase card related issues.
