Ingram Micro Inc. in Downtown Buffalo, NY is seeking a Finance/Leasing Specialist to support the end-to-end financing lifecycle, from contract execution through funding and reporting.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring meticulous attention to detail and collaboration with reseller partners and internal stakeholders. The position follows a hybrid schedule: three days onsite and two days remote, with Buffalo residents prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of position specific work experience within the finance and/or leasing industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Development teams to support finance and leasing transactions.
• Manage financing transactions from contract execution through funding completion.
• Coordinate order placement activities following execution of customer financing agreements.
• Collect, review, and process invoices to ensure timely funding and payment.
• Generate and analyze reports to support operational performance and transaction tracking.
• Perform administrative and portfolio management activities associated with transaction processing.
