Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a finance-focused professional to support daily departmental tasks, audit activities, and internal customer relationships within a Finance Shared Services Center.

You will contribute to projects, maintain audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement through LEAN practices and effective use of MS Office tools. Flexibility in shifts and a base for growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement — preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays — preferred.
• Bilingual, with English as the primary or secondary language — preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word — preferred.
• Experience constructing spreadsheets, using formulas, and applying formatting — preferred.
• Experience using Adobe software — preferred.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting — preferred.
• Gaming registration, work permit, or license in all applicable jurisdictions as required — preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management — preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily departmental tasks
• Audit daily work for integrity and resolve discrepancies for management
• Support, develop, and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal customers, including business units, operations, and property CFOs
• Identify and consistently meet internal customer requirements
• Participate in the development, design, and measurement of assigned projects
• Ensure analytical and control activities operate effectively within the department
• Participate in continuous measurement, development, and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency across the Finance Shared Services Center
• Participate in LEAN training and offer ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement
• Support company strategies and business plans to meet individual and departmental performance requirements
• Adhere to department policies and procedures to ensure successful internal and external audits
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and innovative ideas and communicate them effectively
• Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions
