Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior finance leader to supervise and mentor a team of 17 plant controllers, and to present critical financial insights to executive leadership. You will partner with manufacturing directors to shape operational strategy, deliver vehicle volume, and eliminate waste, while aligning financial workflows with lean processes and modern data tools such as Alteryx and Power BI.

This role requires 10+ years in finance leadership, MBA in Finance or Accounting preferred, US work

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a finance team of 17 plant controllers
Present critical financial insights to executive leadership
Partner with manufacturing directors to shape operational strategy and eliminate waste
Align deliverables with lean processes in manufacturing and finance workflows
Drive transformation through technologies benefiting finance and plant operations
Build business cases and cost roadmaps to reduce operational waste
Collaborate with plant operations and controllers to guide timely financial decision-making
Oversee review, approval, and optimization of non-product capital spending
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes across North American facilities
Maintain robust internal controls
Champion and implement Alteryx and Power BI
