Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant financial/accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), DocuSign, SharePoint, and/or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track internal and external requests to ensure timely completion.
• Develop, maintain, and improve status tracking and monitoring tools.
• Schedule meetings and calls to support team activities and request resolution.
• Review submissions for data accuracy and completeness and issue follow-up questions if needed.
• Summarize and report on request status, highlighting issues, risks or delays.
• Contribute to process improvements for financial reporting and internal controls.
• Support quarterly certification processes, including preparation and tracking.
• Document known policy deviations per established procedures.
• Assist with compliance reviews for international and small sites, admin tasks, and control assessments.
• Provide ad hoc support to Financial Reporting, Controls, and Consultations teams.
