This hands-on program supports Trade Promotion Management and shared services, with onboarding, networking, weekly leadership sessions, an internship project, and a final presentation to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progress toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated interest in accounting, finance and operations through coursework or prior internships.
• Computer savvy with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trade promotion over- and under-accruals and present recommendations to sales partners.
• Evaluate forecasting variances by volume, rates, timing, product, and location for actionable insights.
• Support contract validation activities related to trade promotions and customer agreements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Shared Services.
• Utilize SAP, Vistex, IRI, Power BI, reporting platforms, and Copilot for analysis and decision making.
• Participate in a meaningful internship project focused on improving processes, reporting, or performance.
• Attend weekly Lessons from Leaders sessions and engage with Finance leadership.
