Sodexo is seeking a Finance Segment Director 2 to develop and drive the financial strategy across the Southeast region. You will influence policy, lead financial analyses, and oversee $250M in managed volume covering university accounts, while coaching teams and advising segment leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years management experience.
• 5+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive and execute financial strategy providing control, planning, financial analysis and accounting leadership.
• Oversee the University accounts in the Southeast region with $250 million managed volume.
• Lead financial operations across multiple units; coach teams and advise segment leaders on policy and performance.
• Collaborate with executives to deliver forecasts, budgets and performance analyses; ensure cross-functional alignment.
