Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product management of our Finance SaaS portfolio, overseeing treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, quote-to-cash, payroll, and equity. This player-coach role includes coaching a small team of PMs while personally owning a subset of applications and driving AI-enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, finance systems, or finance transformation.
• 2+ years directly managing people.
• Ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains (ERP, EPM/CPM, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury or payroll).
• Proven ability to build and run a product/intake operating model with roadmaps and governance.
• Strong vendor management: selection, renewals, SLAs, and influencing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Reddit’s Finance SaaS portfolio.
• Lead Finance & AI Transformation and champion a finance engineer mindset.
• Partner with Enterprise Architect and Engineering on integrations and data quality.
• Directly manage a team of SaaS product managers for P2P, R2R, QTC, Payroll & Equity.
