Job summary

RRD offers a Finance Associate Development Program designed to accelerate your career in finance and accounting through structured rotations across core finance functions. Participants will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while preparing for diverse roles in the finance organization.

The program lasts two years with four to five rotations, including Corporate Controllers, Internal Audit, Business Unit Finance, Tax & Treasury, FP&A, and Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• General technical knowledge of accounting and finance
• Able to apply general functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows Office or other Finance systems to complete work assignments
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

• Participate in four to five rotations across finance groups (e.g., Corporate Controllers, Internal Audit, FP&A, Tax & Treasury)
• Gain hands-on experience and mentorship to accelerate your career in finance and accounting
• Graduate from the program in two years and move into a finance or accounting related role
