Solstice Advanced Materials in Geismar, LA, is launching a Finance Rotational Specialist program. The role involves three 18‑month assignments across Finance, Analytics, Audit, Risk Management, and Business Operations, with an expected plant rotation to build hands‑on experience in manufacturing finance and risk controls.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to analyze performance, support compliance, identify cost and process improvements, and deliver actionable insights to drive business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; open to a rotation to a plant/site
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into business recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability to new environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and operational effectiveness
• Support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analytics activities
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision making
• Partner with cross functional teams on key initiatives
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools for data driven decisions
• Present findings, recommendations, and project results to leaders and stakeholders
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and outcomes
• Complete rotational assignments across multiple functional areas to broaden business acumen
