Job summary

The Timken Company invites new graduates to join its Finance College Graduate Program (FCGP) in North Canton, OH. Over 24 months, the program offers three 8-month rotations across Financial Planning & Analysis, Plant Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Treasury and Investor Relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (graduation by May 2027).
• GPA 2.8+ (3.0+ preferred).
• Prior Finance internship or co-op experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, extracurriculars, or employment.
• Ability to relocate within the United States.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reports and analyses for various functions.
• Support planning, profitability reporting, and costing methods during rotations.
• Rotate through Finance functions across three 8-month assignments in the program.
