Job summary

Compass Datacenters is seeking candidates for its Finance Rotation Program in the United States. You will rotate across finance functions, delivering analyses and building skills in forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow.

You will use NetSuite, Procore, and Power BI to create recurring reports, automate workflows, and draft first-pass analyses under supervision. Office-based roles in Dallas, TX or Toronto, with 0–5% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by program start date.
• 0–2 years of full-time experience in finance or related analytics.
• Strong Excel with multi-tab analyses and lookups.
• Clear written explanation of variances in simple terms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada; in-office requirement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for cost centers and projects.
• Support month-end close, accruals, reclasses, and account reconciliations.
• Pull and reconcile data across NetSuite, Procore, and other sources.
• Build dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and FP&A tool; highlight trends and anomalies.
• Summarize contracts and reports using AI tools, verify figures against sources.
• Document processes and contribute to automated improvements.
• Forecast Opex/CapEx, cash flow, and liquidity; support covenant calculations.
• Prepare schedules for board/investor reporting and project cost reports.
