Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Analyst in Finance Risk Management (FRM) to lead proactive risk management programs within the Finance division. The role requires excellent communication, autonomy, and the ability to identify opportunities amid changing priorities.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders and risk groups to sustain a strong risk posture. The position emphasizes supporting Finance teams through Capital One’s change management agenda and managing critical risk activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military experience.
At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audit, Accounting, or a combination.
At least 1 year of experience working in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Promote proactive risk management initiatives to reduce residual risk.
Lead FRM’s engagement on process level assessments, internal audits, and regulatory commitments.
Develop and implement risk management framework for major enterprise change initiatives.
Drive risk management initiatives to completion and execute roadmaps under tight deadlines.
Provide regular and open communication for transparency and awareness of progress.
