Advocate Health is seeking a remote finance internship for May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027. The intern will work up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, primarily from home.

The role exposes interns to Financial Operations areas such as budgeting, general accounting, financial planning, and revenue cycle activities across Advocate Health and affiliates. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a 2.5 GPA, and demonstrates strong communication,

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Management or a related field with junior or senior standing.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Use Excel to develop automated processes and minimize manual efforts.
• Review and analyze discrepancies in charges and implement necessary changes.
