MedTeam Staffing Inc. represents a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm in Dallas seeking a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and exposure to high-stakes financial disputes.

The candidate will manage all phases of complex litigation, draft pleadings, oversee discovery and depositions, and collaborate with a premier team across offices and disciplines.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Texas in good standing
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at AmLaw 100 firm or similar
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation including drafting, discovery, depositions, trial, and motions

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal/state courts and arbitration forums
• Manage complex litigation from pre-suit through trial and post-trial proceedings
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and client meetings
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
• Provide clients with timely, practical litigation advice and risk management
• Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on excellence and innovation

A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented mid-levelLitigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticatedFinance & Restructuring Practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial disputes, representing clients in complex matters involving commercial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation. The role provides exceptional exposure to cutting-edge financial issues while working alongside a highly regarded, nationally integrated team.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing
• 3--5 years of substantivelitigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firmor similarly sophisticated law firm preferred
• Experience withfinancial services or restructuring-related litigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation , including drafting legal documents , conducting discovery and depositions , preparing for trial , and participating in motions practice
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, filings, client communications, and multiple competing priorities
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and advocacy abilities, both written and oral
• Proven capacity to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $180,000-- $300,000, as determined by experience and market factors
