Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant focusing on the Finance sector in a hybrid role within Welkom. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and assessing finance professionals, and building strong client relationships with leading finance companies.

You will stay current on industry trends and compensation benchmarks, negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in Finance recruitment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, and typical finance roles.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates successfully.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working within a hybrid work structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for finance professionals, including accountants, auditors, and financial analysts.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche finance talent.
