• 40% PROJECT CONTROL - Develops an effective plan for controlling project scope, schedule and cost, and monitors project execution.
• 30% PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS - Develops an effective plan for communicating project information to the project team and stakeholders.
• 10% PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT - Leads the definition of project risks and mitigation approaches.
• 10% PROJECT LESSONS LEARNED - Captures key lessons learned and shares them with peers.
• 10% PROJECT ENVIRONMENT - Ensures an inclusive, well-staffed work environment.
