Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager Project Integration to lead financial planning, budgeting, and project controls for merchandising initiatives across the Midsouth, with a preference for Atlanta-area candidates.

You will forecast and manage project budgets, perform cost/benefit analyses, and deliver strategic analyses to executive leadership, while collaborating across functions to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years of work experience in finance, project integration, or a similar role.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual project budgets, cost/benefit analysis, and capitalization/expense treatments.
• Define requirements for project management tools and infrastructure; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop analytical financial and operational reports for executive leadership and monitor key metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to execute merchandising initiatives and maintain stakeholder relationships.
