Job summary

Teleion, a Seattle-based employer recognized among Puget Sound's Best Places to Work, seeks a Finance Project Manager who can bridge Accounting, Finance and Project Management to drive forecasting and modeling. The role collaborates with leadership to develop pricing strategies and value propositions and manages end-to-end projects.

The ideal candidate will own processes, build business models with the team, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience forecasting and FP&A skills to assist with coordinating month-end reporting, analysis and process improvement.
• Analytical acumen; process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and develop key areas of processes.
• Build business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting.
• Collaborate with and present to the leadership team on a regular basis.
• Manage and execute projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
• Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variance
• Perform assorted tasks as assigned.

Teleion is looking for Finance Project Manager to join our team! Successful candidates will have experience in at least two of the following three disciplines – Accounting, Finance and Project Management – and can become well versed in all three in order to bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders.
