The role sits at the crossroads of marketing tech, data engineering, analytics, and software development. You will work with Azure data services, Power BI, and CRM/advertising integrations, delivering robust data models and scalable applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/data engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with C# or JavaScript/TypeScript
• API development and data pipelines
• Azure data platforms and Power BI experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain marketing technology platforms, tools, and automation solutions.

Teleion is looking for a Data Developer to join our team! Our client is seeking a highly technical, data-driven Data Developer to build and scale the technology, data, automation, and measurement capabilities that power modern marketing execution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data engineering, analytics, AI, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Development

• Design, develop, and maintain marketing technology platforms, tools, and automation solutions.
• Build APIs, services, and integrations connecting marketing, CRM, advertising, analytics, and business systems.
• Develop scalable applications that improve marketer productivity and campaign execution.
• Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Build and maintain robust marketing data pipelines using Azure-based data platforms.
• Design data models that consolidate customer, campaign, audience, and engagement data across multiple sources.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and intelligence solutions using Power BI and other visualization technologies.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and operational excellence across marketing datasets.

AI & Automation

• Develop AI-powered solutions that enhance campaign planning, customer insights, personalization, and performance optimization.
• Leverage Azure AI, Copilot, machine learning, and automation technologies to reduce manual work and increase scale.
• Build intelligent workflows that enable marketers to extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.

Technical Experience

5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, marketing technology, or related technical fields.

Strong proficiency in:

• Python
• SQL
• C# and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• API development and integration
• Data pipeline development

Cloud & Data Platforms

Experience with:

• Microsoft Azure
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Functions
• Power BI
• Microsoft Fabric (preferred)

Marketing Technology

Experience working with marketing platforms such as:

• Dynamics 365
• Adobe Experience Cloud
• Marketo

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $95,000 - $107,000. Final pay within this range is based on qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
