• Develop project communications, status reports and leader-ready reviews for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and drive timely actions to reduce risk exposure.
• Capture and share lessons learned at project completion to improve future initiatives.
• Support creating a constructive project environment ensuring clear roles and inclusive collaboration.
