BraunAbility is seeking an Associate Director, Finance Programs & Operations to develop and implement innovative retail and dealership finance solutions. The role partners with BraunAbility Financial Services and leads dealer education initiatives while identifying market opportunities and standardizing operational processes.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in automotive or related finance, strong project management, and ability to travel to dealer locations and industry events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive finance, consumer finance, banking, or dealer finance.
• Experience developing finance products.
• Experience presenting to customers or dealer groups.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve finance programs for BraunAbility dealers, customers, and lenders.
• Lead dealer education materials and training programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to launch programs.
• Support dealer initiatives, complex finance situations, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide leadership to finance coordinators and analysts and mentor junior staff.
