The role focuses on supporting financial operations within healthcare or related sectors, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial transactions and optimizing program financial management. Responsibilities include establishing program financial policies, reviewing transactions before posting to the General Ledger, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Three (3) years of accounting experience.
• Expert-level Excel knowledge.
• Experience establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the program.
• Background in reviewing and correcting financial transactions initiated by Operations staff prior to posting to the General Ledger.
