We’re looking for a Finance Program Manager with a sharp eye for detail and deep expertise in contract pricing, rebate management, and ERP systems. In this role, you’ll be a central figure in managing customer agreements, ensuring billing accuracy, and optimizing revenue reporting workflows. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Operations, and IT teams, helping translate contract terms into actionable financial processes. Accountabilities:

  • Review and interpret customer contracts to extract pricing, rebate terms, and payment structures
  • Manage pricing, rebate, and contract data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure invoices and credits align with contract terms and rebates, resolving discrepancies swiftly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align billing processes with contract timelines and customer expectations
  • Generate reports to monitor pricing trends, rebate activity, and revenue forecasts
  • Drive process improvements and maintain clear documentation to support financial operations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, rebate programs, or contract finance roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong command of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition and contract structures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, operations, and customer-facing teams
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
  • $100,000 – $120,000 base salary
