Job summary

The Computer-Systems-Institute (CSI) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for the Finance Program to teach a range of finance courses. You will prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, facilitate Project-Based Learning, and support student growth and retention.

Responsibilities include up to 27.5 instructional hours per week, assessing progress, keeping SAP records, and participating in campus in-services. A Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required, with relevant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• If the degree is not in finance, candidates with at least two years of related work experience may be considered.
• Adjunct instructor to teach Finance Program courses and manage curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using assessments.
• Maintain SAP records to report to Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Engage in professional development and field outings for enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement through committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
