Job summary

Dallas Baptist University is seeking a full-time Assistant/Associate or Professor of Finance starting June 2025. The successful candidate will teach Finance courses at undergraduate and graduate levels while integrating Christian values into their subject. Engagement in curriculum development and participation in university committees is required. Candidates must hold a terminal degree and have at least 5 years of higher education experience. The position is located on the main campus in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a terminal degree in business or a related field.
• For undergraduate teaching: 18 graduate semester hours in Finance and a master's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• For graduate teaching: terminal degree (usually a doctorate) in Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate Finance courses.
• Engage in curriculum updates and new course developments.
• Advise and mentor students.
