Job summary

The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida invites applications for Associate/Full Professor of Finance to begin Fall 2027. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited school and may have CFA certification.

The successful candidate will teach MBA students in traditional and blended formats, maintain an active research program in finance, and contribute to service and collegial governance in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited school.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching graduate level finance courses.
• Demonstrated record of publications to meet faculty qualifications as a scholarly academic
• Evidence of active research stream within finance

Responsibilities

• Teach MBA students in traditional and blended formats.
• Teach core MBA finance courses and electives that match background.
• Develop elective courses that integrate research interests and professional experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
• Participate in service and governance as part of tenure progression.
