The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida invites applications for Associate/Full Professor of Finance to begin Fall 2027. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB-accredited school and may have CFA certification.
The successful candidate will teach MBA students in traditional and blended formats, maintain an active research program in finance, and contribute to service and collegial governance in a dynamic, supportive environment.

We hire experienced faculty, many of whom have won teaching awards before joining Crummer. If you enjoy teaching and aspire to expand your teaching skills, this is the position for you. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching MBA students in both traditional and blended formats and have at least four years of teaching experience at an AACSB-accredited school.
At Crummer, you will have the opportunity to teach students with varying ages and levels of experience, ranging from recent college graduates to senior executives. Our students demand much of us; they challenge and stimulate us as much as we do them. Crummer faculty are all dedicated to providing our students with an integrated, experiential educational environment. As a result, we have tremendous collaboration among the various disciplines. We are nimble and operate with little bureaucracy. All new Crummer faculty come without tenure and have three to four years to qualify for tenure based on teaching, research, and service.
Because we are unique, the Crummer School is not for everyone. If you are just starting your academic career, Crummer is not for you. If teaching is your primary motivation, you will likely find a good fit at Crummer. We are looking for a candidate who has already made a significant mark in research and is ready to transition to a program that truly does emphasize teaching. We also value practical professional experience as well as prior engagements with executives through teaching and/or consulting.
