Job summary

LV Search Partners is seeking an experienced finance executive to oversee property-level financial functions and select operational departments within a large, high-volume gaming and hospitality organization.

The role reports to the General Manager with a dotted line to the CFO and requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and strategic financial acumen across finance, procurement, labor analytics, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of management experience in budgeting and financial analysis within a high-volume, complex casino or hotel operation.
• Diversified finance or accounting experience with a strong understanding of operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting for the property.
• Oversee accounting, treasury-related activities, and internal controls.
• Partner with CFO and leaders to maximize business intelligence and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial guidance across the organization.
