Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• 6+ years across large cross-functional initiatives.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement framework experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove waste and friction from Finance processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead BPM strategic initiatives to maximize value and throughput.
• Partner with Analytics to improve reporting on performance and resources.
• Advance process automation and enabling technology with technology partners.
• Collaborate across functions to deploy tools and support project implementation.
• Build accountability and drive a continuous improvement mindset.
