Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Business Process Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will translate data to streamline Finance processes and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role focuses on analyzing data, designing and maintaining finance processes with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA, and presenting strategic findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance, BI, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience in Python, Power Automate and RPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data to recommend and implement process improvements that streamline Finance operations.
• Design, build and maintain finance processes, tools and workflow solutions using SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and RPA.
