Responsibilities

• Oversee professional development, staffing and utilization for the Finance practice.
• Manage associate staffing in the U.S. and utilization globally, aligning with client needs.
• Monitor metrics and drive profitability while minimizing administrative burden on leaders.
• Coordinate with partners, Chief Practice Officer and Talent to meet hiring and development goals.
• Support practice group communications and integration of new associates and counsel.
